Counterterrorism Cooperation Accord Between the United States and Israel

The United States and Israel agree to work together “with a view to enhancing their capabilities to deter, prevent, respond to and investigate international terrorist acts or threats of international terrorist acts against Israel or the United States.”  The agreement establishes a Joint Counterterrorism Group (JCG) to facilitate this objective by serving as a forum for regular consultation and development of programming.
